Roger Dunkelbarger is a new-development and resale real estate advisor and listing agent with Douglas Elliman’s Eklund | Gomes Team, with a focus on Manhattan and Brooklyn real estate. He leads sales at Maverick Chelsea, having joined the sales team to enhance positioning and sustain momentum—securing contracts, especially for larger residences—while continuing sales across the building’s full range of home types and sizes. He also contributed to the success of 250 East 21st Street.

Driven, upbeat, and relentlessly thorough, Roger makes the process enjoyable while hunting diligently for the right product—or the right buyer—for every client. He’s known for standout showings that surface meaningful details—market comps, building systems, finishes, and timelines—so buyers and sellers make well-informed decisions from first tour through closing. He also partners with buyers across NYC to identify high-quality new development condo opportunities and negotiate with precision on terms, timing, and pricing. His practice spans condos, co-ops, and townhouses in neighborhoods including Chelsea, Gramercy, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, the Upper West Side, and the Upper East Side.

A 15-year New Yorker originally from Southern Indiana and an Ithaca College alumnus, Roger brings a performer’s poise and a genuine appreciation for architecture, design, and culture. Off hours, he’s hiking, going on walks with his Bernese Mountain Dog, Wally, or catching theatre and live music.
